The Smart Factory network communications training systems feature real-world scenarios learners will encounter on the job, including configuring an I/O-Link Master in a PLC project. The system features in-depth multimedia curriculum for a well-rounded learning experience that will prepare learners to make an immediate impact in the technologically-advanced Smart Factory environments of the present and future.
This interactive multimedia course for Amatrol’s Tabletop Mechatronics Learning System covers automation operations, programmable logic controller operation, basic PLC programming, PLC motor control, pick and place feeding, PLC event sequencing, indexing, and sorting and parts storage. Study in-depth topics like types of operator station discrete logic output devices, the basic structure of a PLC ladder logic program, how to create a PLC project, the operation of a PLC program for a reversing motor control, how to adjust a vacuum switch, how to adjust a capacitive sensor, and much more.
Amatrol’s interactive multimedia teaches learners robotic applications commonly used in real-world mechatronics systems. In addition to teaching robot conditional commands such as If-Then, Else, Endif, and Inp, learners are taught how to create sequence flowcharts to help them visually organize their thoughts allowing them to select the best programming instructions for the task. Presented using animations, text, audio, and interactions that engage the learner and keep them focused on their work, this learning system’s curriculum seamlessly integrates with the Tabletop Mechatronics curriculum to create an unmatchable learning experience.
Amatrol’s look like a real book and allow users to flip between pages with ease. Enhanced with features such as keyword searches and zoom controls that enable a user to quickly locate and view information, these eBooks are a fantastic learning tool.
This durable, affordable learning system provides a portable solution for situations where mechatronics training is needed in multiple locations or when training space is limited. The 87-TMS3 can be a stand-alone system that offers real-world skills for careers in this vital industrial area or it can be combined with the Inventory Feeding Station (87-TMS1) and the Inspection & Indexing Station (87-TMS2) to form a fully automated line on a tabletop!
Amatrol’s Inventory Feeding Station (87-TMS1) is a portable, affordable mechatronics option that covers the vital industrial skill of automated control training to move parts from point to point. This pneumatically powered station fits on a standard tabletop and features real-world components, such as electro-pneumatic actuators, a magnetic reed switch, and a vacuum switch. The 87-TMS1 also features an AB1000 PLC, 10 inputs, 6 outputs, and much more!
Amatrol’s Servo Robot Station for Tabletop Mechatronics (87-TMS4) provides robot integration for Table Top Mechatronics with the Pegasus servo robot mounted on a traverse. Fully supported by Amatrol’s curriculum, learners will practice robot programming and robot interfacing to Amatrol’s portable Mechatronics system to create applications such as a robot-based inventory station. The ability to expand a Tabletop Mechatronics system to include a servo robot is unmatched in the industry.
Amatrol’s Inspection Station – Tabletop Mechatronics (87-TMS2) is an electrically-powered training system that focuses on the automated process of inspecting and indexing parts before they move to the next step in the advanced manufacturing process. The 87-TMS2 is one of the stations that makes up Amatrol’s advanced Tabletop Mechatronics System.
Amatrol’s Tabletop Mechatronics is a portable, durable, affordable learning system that forms a fully automated line to teach real-world Mechatronics skills. This learning system features a pick-and-place, gauging, and inventory station, all of which fit on a standard tabletop!
Each Visual Communications Training module comes with a 25-seat license of Windows-based software that can be accessed using a computer or laptop. Additionally, each seat comes with a Mobile App download, which is available for both Apple and Android mobile devices, and enables interface to the web-based maintenance communications software. With learning that can be both self-directed or instructor-led, industrial Visual Communications training has never been easier to use.
