Amatrol’s eLearning curriculum is unique in that it thoughtfully combines in-depth theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on skills. This powerful combination of knowledge and skills solidifies understanding and creates a strong foundation for pursuing more advanced skills.
For example, the precision gauging eLearning course covers important topics, such as:
Servo Robot Station Operation
Learners begin with an introduction into basic Servo robot material handling, including station operation. Individual lessons focus on topics like function and operation of a robot-based inventory system. Learners will also practice skills, such as operating a Servo robot-based inventory system.
Servo Robot Traverse Axis
In this module, learners will study various aspects and component of a Servo robot traverse axis, including the work envelope of a robot, and function and operation of a Servo robot traverse axis. Learners will also practice skills, such as programming a robot that uses a Servo traverse axis.
Conditional Commands
Using Amatrol’s Servo robot eLearning course, learners will study conditional commands, including flow charts, operation of four conditional commands, and operation of the Servo gripper command grwidth. Learners will also practice skills, such as constructing a flow chart given a general sequence of operation, entering a robot program that conditional commands, and entering a robot program that uses the grwidth command.
Sequencing
The final module teaches sequencing of a Servo robot, including sequence of operation of a robot-based inventory system, and how to interface a PLC to a robot via discrete I/O. Learners will also practice skills, such as designing a Mechatronics PLC to robot workstation interface wiring diagram using discrete I/O, and designing a robot program that uses discrete I/O to perform robot-based inventory functions.
