PID Controller Module | T5552-C1-A

The T5552-C1-A PID Controller Module adds to the T5552 Process Control Learning System to provide microprocessor-based PID control of process control systems. The T5552-C1 consists of a powerful Honeywell PID controller that is mounted and wired to a panel that attaches to the T5552 control panel. The PID Controller Module includes (2) 4-20 mA analog inputs, (1) 4-20 mA analog outputs, (1) discrete alarm output, and (2) discrete inputs which can be programmed to control processes using any one of three control methods: discrete I/O control, closed loop analog control, or open loop analog control. All I/O connections are made via plug-in jacks which are compatible with the connections on the T5552 System.

Pitot Tube Flow Transducer Training | T5552-F1A

The T5552-F1A Pitot Tube Flow Transducer training adds to the T5552-F1 Smart Transmitter Module to provide measurement of flow rate in the T5552 Process Control Learning System. The transducer has pre-mounted pipe unions, making it easy to install in the T5552 process piping and later interchange with other flow transducers. The feedback signal is a differential pressure measurement created by two pressure taps located on the transducer. These pressure taps connect to the smart transmitter with quick connect hoses.

Venturi Flow Transducer Training | T5552-F1B

The T5552-F1B Venturi Flow Transducer adds to the T5552-F1 Smart Transmitter Module to provide measurement of flow rate training in the T5552 Process Control Learning System. The Venturi Flow Transducer training device has pre-mounted pipe unions, making it easy to install in the T5552 process piping and later interchange with other flow transducers. The feedback signal is a differential pressure measurement created by two pressure taps located on the transducer. These pressure taps connect to the smart transmitter with quick connect hoses.

The feedback signal is a differential pressure measurement created by two pressure taps located on either side of the orifice plate. These pressure taps connect to the smart transmitter with quick connect hoses.

The T5553-C2-A PID Controller Module Dual Loop training adds to the T5553 Process Control Learning System to provide microprocessor-based PID control of process control systems. The T5553-C2-A consists of a powerful Honeywell PID controller that is mounted and wired to a panel that attaches to the T5553 control panel.

The PID Controller Module Dual Loop training includes set point programming, dual-loop control plus internal cascade, universal analog inputs, 4-20 mA analog outputs, alarm relay outputs, and discrete inputs which can be programmed to control processes using either closed loop analog control or open loop analog control. All I/O connections are made with plug jacks and connectors which are compatible with the connections on the T5553 System. Also supports advanced control methods such as ratio, feed forward, and cascade control.
