Instructor’s Course Overview: This course is for college, industry, vocational, and university level instructors who plan to teach mechatronics using the Allen-Bradley CompactLogix L16 Controller System and/or the Siemens S7-1500 Controller System. This course features hands-on familiarization with both Amatrol’s Allen-Bradley CompactLogix L16-based PLC Learning System and Siemens S7-1500-based PLC Learning System, specifically focusing on their integration with our Mechatronics line. Students will learn basic principles of RS Logix 5000 Software and Step 7 Software as well as controller operation.
