The Mobile Technology Workstations with gray tabletops provide heavy-duty, mobile workstations capable of supporting industrial quality lab equipment. These workstations are constructed of heavy-duty welded tube steel and a plastic laminate top. The Mobile Technology Workstations with white tabletops provide heavy-duty, mobile workstations capable of supporting industrial quality lab equipment. Flexible & Robotics | Mobile Workstations

Amatrol’s Flexible Workstations provide heavy-duty, mobile workstations. They are constructed of welded tube steel and a perforated steel top. The perforated work surface enables fixtures and tooling to be quickly attached and removed, allowing multiple groups to share the workstation. It is capable of supporting industrial quality robots, feeders, fixtures, and other accessories.

  • 88-200 : The Flexible Workstation has a complete system of optional accessories to maximize the use of the workspace. Options available include off-table mounting of the computer and controllers and utilities distribution module for mounting of compressed air and electrical utilities.
  • 88-200-1 : The 88-200 series workstations can be linked to other 88-200 series workstations to create multi-workstation applications, such as FMS cells involving CNC machine tools. The 88-207 Quick Release Connectors make connection of 88-200 series workstations a quick and easy task.

Hydraulic Controls | Mobile Workstation

Amatrol’s Hydraulic Controls Technology workstations are designed to support Amatrol's hydraulic learning systems.

  • 850-CTB-A : The Hydraulic Controls Technology Workstation includes a 3-panel work surface, oil drip pan, casters, 4-panel storage area, locking drawer, power supply mount, hose storage unit, and 16141 bench manifold kit. Dimensions: 36 in H x 24 in W x 72 in L (914 mm H x 610 mm W x 1829 mm L)
  • 85-C1U : This system upgrades the Basic Fluid Power (850-C1) to the Double Sided A-Frame Bench with Two Hydraulic Manifolds (850-CD1). This upgrade will allow you to add additional Basic Hydraulics (85-BH) and Basic Pneumatics (85-BP) Learning Systems to allow simultaneous hydraulic and pneumatic work on both sides of bench. This system includes a hose rack, an A-frame assembly, a bench manifold assembly, a bench manifold assembly with valves, a bench manifold hose assembly, and an installation guide (19297).
  • 85-C2U : This system upgrades the Basic Fluid Power (850-C1) to the Basic Fluid Power – Double Sided A-Frame Bench with One Hydraulic Manifold (850-CD2). This will allow the learning system to accommodate three additional pneumatic or hydraulic panels. This system includes an A-frame assembly and Installation Guide (19295).
  • 85-H1U : This system upgrades the Controls Technology Learning System – Basic Hydraulics (850-H1) to the Double Sided A-Frame Bench with Two Hydraulic Manifolds (850-HD1). This upgrade allows for an additional Basic Hydraulics Learning System (85-BH) to be used for simultaneous hydraulic work on both sides of the bench. The bench can also accommodate up to two additional hydraulic options or pneumatic panels. This system includes a hose rack, an A-frame assembly, a bench manifold assembly, a bench manifold assembly with valves, a bench manifold hose assembly, and an installation guide (19295).

Pneumatics Controls | Mobile Workstation

Amatrol’s Pneumatics Controls Technology workstations are designed to support Amatrol's pneumatic learning systems.

  • 85-P1U :This system upgrades the Basic Pneumatics (850-P1) to the Controls Technology – Basic Pneumatics, Double Sided (850-PD1). This allows for an additional Basic Pneumatics (85-BP) to be used for simultaneous pneumatic work on both sides of the bench. The bench can accommodate up to four additional pneumatic panels. This system includes an A-frame Assembly, and an Installation Guide (19296).

    Note: The 850-P1 cannot be upgraded to support hydraulics.
