More About Amatrol’s Learning Systems Featured at the Show:
Smart Factory Tabletop Mechatronics Training System
Amatrol’s Smart Factory Tabletop Mechatronics system provides a much-needed option for when training space is too limited for the full Mechatronics line, but Smart Factory training remains necessary. This Smart Factory system is a fantastic option for introducing Industry 4.0 training into high schools. The five-station system connects with Amatrol’s Portable PLC Troubleshooting Learning System – AB Compact Logix (990-PABCL1F), which shows performance analysis of the system via I/O Link. Performance analysis information includes transmitter pressure, photoeye signal strength, material type for parts passing through the system, RFID tag output, and more! This system also includes Smart Factory components for Ethernet (87-TEN), RFID/Sensors (87-TMS5), Barcode (87-TBR), and more to take learning to the next level!
Skill Boss Manufacturing
Amatrol’s Skill Boss Manufacturing (95-MSB1) offers organizations performance-based assessment for evaluating the skill levels and competencies of future machine operators. This system fits onto a standard tabletop and features an electric motor, variable frequency drive, human-machine interface, pneumatic pick-and-place module, and much more!
Portable AC/DC Electrical Learning System
Amatrol’s Portable AC/DC Electrical Learning System (990-ACDC1) teaches the fundamentals of AC and DC electrical systems used for power and control in industrial, commercial, agricultural, and residential applications. The 990-ACDC1 offers industry-relevant skills including how to operate, install, design, and troubleshoot basic AC and DC electrical circuits for various applications, and includes a variety of switches and other components so learners can build different circuits – which will help them to recognize industrial component styles and learn how to troubleshoot them effectively.
We look forward to meeting you at the ACTE CareerTech VISION 2019!
