IT Network and Support Technician 2 | Amatrol

We are expanding our IT support for a growing user base. We are adding an IT support technician to our growing Business Technology function. You will support a broad array of PC and network equipment as well as user software.

Job Duties of an IT Support Technician

  • Provide technical assistance and support to users for ERP, LAN, WAN, office software, and internet systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software for organization
  • Maintain network availability to all system users

Requirements

  • Associates degree in IT field or equivalent certification with work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (preferred)
  • Microsoft certifications (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of IT equipment, methods, and troubleshooting principles
  • Excellent organizational skills including ability to work independently with high level of self-motivation and produce detailed work accurately
  • Strong communication and interaction skills – able to create clear, concise written and oral communications, to read technical documentation in English, and to interface positively with others (team members, Amatrol departments, customers, vendors)
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and easily adapt to changing situations
