Customer Service Representative/Office Assistant | Amatrol

At Amatrol, we call our Customer Service Reps “Market Service Representatives” (MSR). Unlike a call center, you will work through and follow each customer case from start to completion.

What will you be doing?

  • Answering phone calls and emails to assist our customers with questions or issues with our products or services
  • Building relationships with our repeat customers, as you will be the first contact when they have questions
  • Investigating and solving problems to ensure any issues get resolved
  • Logging customer concerns, actions to resolve, and feedback at completion

How do you get the job?

  • Customer Service Mindset
  • Friendly communication and interaction style
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word, Outlook Calendar, etc.
  • Two-year degree a plus

What are the rewards?

  • Day Shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with weekends off

Pay: $15.00 – $16.50 per hour
