Course
Overview: This course is designed for college, industry, vocational and university level instructors who plan to teach concepts and skills in AC electrical motor drives. The course features hands-on familiarization with Amatrol's 85-MT10 AC Electronic Drives training system and curriculum in print-based format. The 85-MT10 includes drives commonly used in industry such as vector drives and PWM drives. Students will learn basic principles of AC motion control, AC drive programming and operation, and AC electronic drive troubleshooting.

| AC drive types covered include AC servo drives, AC vector drives, and AC general-purpose (soft-start) drives. Attendees will learn through a combination of individualized, hands-on learning with electronic drive trainers and group instruction of concepts and principles. |
