Amatrol puts the service back into Market Services. Market Services provides assistance to both customers and sales distribution. Customers contact us with a wide variety of ideas and requests. Frequently, their questions lead us to new product development ideas. So, we do a lot of listening to get a good understanding of what they need now as well as what future needs might be.
Our sales organization extends across the United States and into many other countries. Market Services supports sales distributors with quotations, marketing materials, special requests, general inquiries and more. Our wide array of technical product leads to many ideas from our sales force on how to help our customers with new products and services.
This group handles customer requests in addition to supporting the sales and marketing team's global efforts. A strong partnership supports proposal development, data analysis, training classes, shows, and a host of other needs that are as varied as our customer base. Coordination and communication with a heavy dose of problem solving are key skills for this group. As you would expect in a technically savvy business, strong PC skills are critical as is attention to detail.
